Learn @ Lunch study groups are packed full of invaluable information in a variety of subject area designed to help you grow your business, raise your effectiveness and improve your performance, personally and professionally. These on-going groups meet every two weeks as we delve in depth using specific workbooks and outside exercises in different subject matters. You bring your lunch, and Heidi supplies the workbook, journal and all the rest.

OverComing UnderEarning Learn @ Lunch study group based on Barbara Stanny’s book, Overcoming Underearning, a Five-Step Plan to a Richer Life. When it comes to money, are you controlled by fear? Do you underestimate your worth? Are you ready to go to the next level, but can’t seem to get there? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be an “under earner” according to Barbara Stanny’s workbook, Overcoming Underearning.

Length of Workshop:

This workshop series meets 1 1/2 hours every other week, for four sessions.

Join me for 4 sessions, every other week, to discuss ideas from the book. Money is just paper, but what we assign to its meaning holds the key to our earning potential and ability to create wealth. Together let’s explore the material and use it to earn what we deserve.

Power of Less Learn @ Lunch study group based on Leo Babauta’s The Power of Less, the fine art of limiting yourself to the essential…in business and in life.

In this 4 part Learn @ Lunch workshop, we will read the book and do outside exercises designed to reinforce the 5 principles and 12 practices from the book. You will learn how to:

  • Do less while becoming more efficient and more effective.
  • Accomplish more while reducing stress
  • Discern what is important to you and what can be dropped from your life
  • Be in control of your schedule, instead of the other way around
  • Protect your time—your most valuable commodity!
